Diamond Casino Blackjack Odds

Diamond Casino Blackjack Odds
As I'm sure you're aware, the Diamond Casino update included casino games, the most popular of which is blackjack. Many people have been wondering if this game is rigged because they might lose a lot of money playing it. I have answered these questions by sitting down and playing 200 hands whilst betting 10 chips every time. This might be more of a PSA but given that it was an experiment and not direct odds from Rockstar or game files, it might be slightly inaccurate.
Wins (not including blackjacks): 83/200 41.5%
Losses: 92/200 46%
Pushes: 19/200 9.5%
Blackjacks: 6/200 3%
Dealer Blackjacks: 7 (These are included in losses. This is just a curiosity thing.)
Notes- The basic strategy chart I used is at the bottom.
Although my losses outnumbered my wins and blackjacks combined, I gained over 100 coins given that I bet 10 every hand. I didn't record this exactly but I won around 80% of the splits and doubles I made using the chart at the bottom.
This was done at the regular blackjack tables with no other players. Also, whenever I split, I counted the different hands as two different hands.
I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes doing this.

ELI5: How does a Casino's edge work in Blackjack? It feels like the player and the dealer should have the same odds if they play the same (eg, always hit on soft 17).

ELI5: How does blackjack work for casinos? All the games have the odds in the houses favor, but isn’t the dealer essentially just a player in blackjack?

Wouldn’t that make the odds of winning equal across players and the house?

In the casino, is the blackjack dealer dealing from an actual "deck" that loses cards as they are played and adjusts the odds accordingly, or is it an infinite stream of random cards?

To clarify, in a typical casino, the dealer draws from a shoe with 4 or 5 decks all shuffled together in it. So, as play progresses, the number of cards in the shoe goes down and the odds of drawing any one of the cards still in the shoe goes up until all the cards have been drawn, and the dealer shuffles all the decks together again. So, I'm wondering, does GTA actually simulate this change in statistics as cards are drawn from the shoe, or do the odds of drawing any one card stay the same as it would be if the shoe were full and the dealer is drawing an infinite stream of cards based on those odds?

[Request] A No-stakes online casino I use offers a bastardized version of Blackjack played with a 6-sided die where the dealer aims to beat rhe player. How can I put the odds most in my favor?

So, this 'blackjack' is played with a single 6-sided die. Here is how a game goes:
Dealer rolls for player until the player has something over 15.
Dealer then asks whether to hit or to stay.
Player chooses which, trying to get close to 21.
Dealer then does the same, and aims to beat the player. Dealer does not necessarily stay on 17/18.
I've had a nagging feeling in my head that this is exploitable somehow. Right now, my strategy is to hit until 18 or over and then stay. Can the math-wizards out there help me out finding a better strat?

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 75%. (I'm a bot)
The maximum stake for fixed odds betting terminals should be cut to £30 or less, the UK's Gambling Commission has recommended.
FOTBs have come under criticism for encouraging high-stakes gambling and exposing people to the risk of gambling harm.
Mr Miller of the Gambling Commission told the BBC that although the gambling industry had argued that any cuts in stakes would harm the sector, those arguments played no part in its recommendations to government.
Investors appeared to welcome the recommendations, as shares in gambling firms climbed strongly after the commission's announcement, with Ladbrokes Coral and William Hill both up more than 5%. "This should be a relief for the sector as the worst-case scenario looks to have been avoided. Ministers will now have to justify a cut below £30 on grounds of significant risk of harm," said analyst Neil Wilson at ETX Capital.
"We fully understand that there is public concern and that there will be a stake cut to reduce the levels of losses on machines in betting shops," it said after the Gambling Commission's announcement.
"These machines are at the heart of the UK's hidden epidemic of problem gambling. The Government must cut the stake to £2 on all FOBT machines including the highly addictive roulette style games, as well as increase the delay between each play."

[Self] Local casino offers Blackjack offer, calculated actual odds

So at my local casino (Napoleons) on the Blackjack table you are able to place a bet on the number '3', alongside your normal blackjack hand bet. This bet is very simple and uses your 2 cards and then the dealers first card. It pays out 9 - 1 if any of the 4 instances happen; a flush, a straight, trips, or a straight flush (kind of goes with the first two i know). When we went to the casino I was very curious to how close these odds they gave you, were to the fair odds. This is what i worked out.
So firstly I ignored the straight flush as this didn't add any more possibilities. I also planned to use the inclusion exclusion principle as if we count flushes, we will also count some trips etc. Also they use 4 decks at the casino i go to.
So the number of possible 3 card hands from 4 decks is simply, 208 Choose 3, I will write this as 208C3 for simplicity.
Trips: so 13 different values or trips, and for each trip there is 16C3 ways to make it. So 13*(16C3).
Straights: 11 possible straights, and for each value of the straight there is 16 possibilities, ie 163. So 11*(163).
Flushes: Simply 52C3.
Now to use inclusion exclusion:
Trips and straight: 0 as impossible.
Trip and flush: 4 for each suit, then 13 for each value, and 4C3 for which 3 cards we pick. So 413(4C3).
Straight and flush: 11 straights, 4 for each suit, and for each value 4 options to which card. So 114(43).
Straight, flush, and trips: 0, again impossible.
So taking everything into consideration, the total possible number of hands is: 1,478,256. The number of hands where we are successful is: 71,412. From Trips + Straights + Flushes - T&S - T&F - F&S + T&F&S.
So the overall probability of your being successful is, 0.0483. Ie the payout should be more around 19-1, than 9-1.
Thanks for reading and i appreciate any comments if i made a mistake anywhere!

Patenting and marketing a casino table game.

I created a simple table game 20+ years ago with my family and it's a lot of fun. I never thought about patenting it or marketing it because the odds were exactly 50/50 with no house edge. Obviously no casino would want that.
However, last night I figured out an easy way to give the house an edge and now I think it could be a table game that casinos might actually consider carrying.
Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? I know the main table games for a casino are pretty much set and have existed for a long time. How difficult do you think it'd be to break in a new game?
Thanks in advance for your input.
