Paste the script on Notepad and save the file as filename.ahk.

[IMPROVED] AFK AHK Horse Betting Script (modified for 1080p and to not get kicked out)
Unfortunately R* changed the order of the horses so the script won't bet in the same horse every time since it's random, and it also seems that even if you do win the payout is pretty low (about 4k). At the moment I do not know how to get around it so consider this script basically dead.
For those who still get kicked out with v1 this seems to work but it gives 20k more often (you can still get up to 60k sometimes), also allows only one version to run at the same time and the script stops automatically if you ALT+TAB or if the game crashes.

When you upgrade city planning to get the night club, it appears in the right place (last on list), but then keeps migrating downwards (always staying last on list) until you get the docks and research lab. The Night-club should be sitting after city hall and before Bar nope, it should be after the Powerplant and before the city Hall shouldn't it, and the Casino should be down there between ...... actually, the Casino should be between Docks and Business, shouldn't it?
